BTO-22 Razor Wire: Advanced Production Craft Ensures Reliable Security Performance

BTO-22 razor wire, one of the most widely used perimeter security products, gains global market recognition thanks to standardized automated production technology and stable structural quality.

The whole manufacturing flow starts with strict raw material screening. Blade strips adopt 0.5mm hot-dip galvanized steel sheet or 304 stainless steel plate, while the core wire is 2.5mm high-tensile galvanized steel wire with strong pulling resistance. After decoiling and servo feeding, CNC precision punching machines cut out standard blades of 22mm in length and 15mm in width, keeping blade spacing at 34mm with tiny dimensional error.

Next comes integrated wrapping molding: the punched blade strip is tightly pressed and wrapped around the core wire by automatic forming equipment to avoid loose fitting and falling blades. Then workers wind finished wire into spiral coils with a 500mm standard coil diameter, and fix adjacent loops with connecting clips for structural stability.

Post-process anti-corrosion treatment is essential. Passivation and surface inspection effectively eliminate burrs; batch salt spray tests verify anti-rust capacity for outdoor use. Finished products go through tensile strength and anti-climb tests before packaging.

The mature production process endows BTO-22 razor wire with outstanding anti-cut and anti-climb advantages. It adapts to harsh weather conditions and serves borders, prisons, industrial zones and airports, becoming a cost-effective high-security defense choice worldwide.
